Great Service From Randy-

Went into Baker's today and was helped by Randy in the gun department. It was so nice to be helped by someone who is a professional in his field. After the customer service I received at Cabelea's I was thankful that I remembered that Baker's carried firearms. It was well worth the wait and a pleasure to do business with a local company. I had to write and a let you know

Hi,

I just received my first pair of classic work boots from Baker's and,
although I never ever do this, I had to write and a let you know how
impressed I am with your team's craftsmanship. I say "first pair"
because I ordered two pairs, one in brown excel which are ones I just
received, and one in black excel (still pending) so I can switch them
out. I have to admit I was a little nervous ordering both pairs sight
unseen. Now I only wish I had ordered them at the same time so they would
both be here now.

The boots fit perfectly and the care and pride your team takes in
constructing them is obvious. I'll tip my hand a little and say that part
of the time I work for an outdoor retailer that does not carry your boots
unfortunately and I have had my hands on, and my feet in, a lot (to say the
least) of expensive, high-end, hiking and mountaineering boots and with a
VERY rare exception or two, they don't even come close to matching the build
quality, not to mention fit, of your boots. In a retail climate of
over-selling and over-promising it is extremely nice to have your
expectations exceeded once in a while and you have done that for me by a
fair margin.

Please extend my thanks and my compliments to your team. I'm impressed and
I'll be back again.

I stopped by your store this summer while working in Florence, Or. I bought two pairs of Red Wings. One pair online, and one pair in person. You have great prices and amazing customer service. Kudos to you guys for carrying primarily American made brands and straying away from carrying cheap Chinese made, mass produced boots. The selection of "life time gear" was great. Just got the White's Boots

Hey Baker's,

Just got the custom White's semi-dress from UPS from you guys. Gotta say that I'm amazed. These have to be the most impressive boots I've ever seen. The sheer quality level is amazing. I'm sure I'll need to bring up the custom builder UI very soon here again.

Thanks a ton for your help. Went with the 11D like you said and the fit is spot on. That was a relief.

I cant wait until I order another pair

I believe in September I ordered a pair of Whites Travelers from Bakers, and I
just wanted to say these are the most comfortable, attractive boots I have ever
seen. Everything was perfect, and the customer service I received from Bakers
(Josh I believe) was bar none. I just wanted to thank you again for a great
