Purchase Policy

Bakershoe.com is dedicated to a safe and secure shopping experience. We have a 50 year tradition of satisfied customers. You are welcome to return or exchange any purchase at Bakershoe.com. Shop with confidence that we do not share your name or purchases with a third party on our Verisign Secure site.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping Charges:We offer free UPS or USPS within the  continental United States, Canada, Alaska  or Hawaii.  Customs & insurance to Canada not included. ($14.95) .   Next day UPS air is $39.50, 2 day UPS is $29.50 and 3 day is $19.50.  Free Shipping is included for orders below $100.00 but $10 handling fee applies.

We are also offering Free USPS Post Office Air shipping through Dec. 31st, 2009 for all online orders with delivery destinations within Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. International Orders $39.50 plus $14.95 Insurance.


Handling Fees: $10 for any order below $100. Handling fees are not refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Baker's strives to provide the best possible service to our customers while keeping our prices competitive. Because sizes vary between styles and manufacturers, we recommend you try on the item locally if at all possible to determine your correct size before ordering.

When you receive your order:

  1. Look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered.
  2. Try on each item and make sure it fits before you remove the manufacturers tags.
  3. For footwear, we recommend you walk around to ensure the fit is correct. However, stay indoors on carpet or tile. Footwear that has been worn outside is considered used and cannot be returned. We cannot return used merchandise to our suppliers.
  4. If you are unsure for any reason if the item fits correcty promptly E-mail us at orders@bakershoe.com. Or, call toll free 1(800) 879-0514.

Baker's will gladly accept your return should it be necessary as outlined below.

  • Call or email us for a return exchange lable from UPS. We can email or mail the lable to you. Email us at orders@bakershoe.com Return lable request for refunds require shipping costs to be deducted from funds already paid to UPS.
  • If you need an exchange we will gladly exchange the correct size for you providing the shoes have not been worn outside. If you pay to return the item to us we will exchange and ship the exchange item for free.
  • If you need to return for a refund we will accept your refund request providing the shoes have not been worn outside.
  • The shoes must be in the original condition in the box. Please request a return lable within 45 days of purchase so that we can promptly attend to your credit request.

A return authorization is suggested but not required. For return or exchange please call for an RA at 1-800-879-0514.

During the Checkout process, additional information is stored on your computer until shortly after you receive your order confirmation. If your ordering session is interrupted, most of the information you have already entered will be available when you resume your order (within a short period of time.) None of the information will be transferred to Bakershoe.Com until you submit your order.
