We are honored to provide top quality footwear to the brave men and women who put themselves in harms way to protect us all: in the military, in law enforcement, and in the municipal and wildland firefighting industries.
We are committed to our community, supporting youth activities and educational programs: from volunteering to coach youth sports to contributing funds to local boater safety education, which also provides life jackets for children in need.
At Baker's, we personally use many of the items we sell. In fact, if we wouldn't buy it ourselves, you won't find it on our website or in our store. We strive to make top quality merchandise an affordable investment. You get what you pay for when you buy top of the line, but at Baker's, you pay less.

| Baker's Shoe and Clothing Company was founded in Eugene, Oregon around 1957 by brothers Dave and Bill Baker. A small repair and retail business it soon became known for the quality of outdoor and work boots sold there and a reputation for craftsmanship and repair. Baker's was the best store in town for serious and functional outdoor footwear. Expanding their business, the brothers became one of the largest distributors of Portland made Danner Boots. Dave sold the business in 1985 to his son who continues to own it to this day providing the same quality of service to today's customers. Baker's is located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, home to some of the Pacific Northwest's finest hunting, fishing and hiking. | From I-5 / Downtown Eugene: |

| Take the Hwy 99 exit from I-5 (exit # 192, a.k.a. Franklin Blvd.) and head West, past the University of Oregon and all the way through downtown Eugene, to Roosevelt Blvd. (approximately 3.5 miles from I-5) Make a right turn onto Roosevelt Blvd (now heading East) at the intersection known as "Four Corners," and look for us on the right hand side of the street...if you cross the railroad tracks on Roosevelt Blvd, you've gone 50 yards too far. Note: Franklin Blvd. turns into 6th Ave (heading West) in downtown Eugene |

| Coming from Portland, you can either take I-5 South to Eugene and take the Hwy 99 exit (see directions from I-5 / Downtown Eugene), or head South on Hwy 99W through Corvallis and all the way down to Roosevelt Blvd. Hang a left onto Roosevelt Blvd and look for us about 75 yards from Hwy 99 on the right hand side of Roosevelt Blvd... if you cross the railroad tracks, you've gone about 50 yards too far. |

| From Florence / Hwy 101: |
| Take Hwy 101 to Florence and head East on Hwy 126. Hwy 126 will take you all the way to Eugene, and will eventually turn into 11th Ave. Make a left at Seneca Rd and head North, all the way to Roosevelt Blvd. At Roosevelt Blvd., turn right and cross Hwy 99...We're located about 75 yards East of Hwy 99 on the right hand side of Roosevelt Blvd... if you cross the railroad tracks, you've gone about 50 yards too far.
