We offer free UPS shipping, free handling and no sales tax on all USA orders and military destinations.  Some military orders require a custom form so some handling may apply. 

 Any unused or unworn merchandise can be returned from 45 days date of purchase.

Bakershoe.com is a Verisign Secure Site.  We adhere to the Better Business principals of attending promptly to your order.  We will repair or replace any item or footwear for one year against defect in workmanship or material.

We are in Eugene Oregon, USA.  We are 2 hours behind the Midwest and 3 hours behind the East Coast.  Call us after we open at 9.30 AM in the morning.  We stay open until 5.30 PM in the evenings Pacific time. Our order desk opens at 8.30AM  - 7PM (PT).

Your purchase is insured for free by either UPS or USPS Air Shipping.  If you live in the Continental US we ship UPS ground.  If your location requires Air Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we ship by USPS Air for $19.95. 

USPS Air Shipping to Canada is $19.95 total.  That covers shipping by air, your insurance and customs forms.  This is a great deal.

We can ship by UPS air shipping 3 day, 2 day or next day air.  Additional fee's apply.  Calculate your shipping on our site.

We accept all credit cards by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JBC Banks.

Narrow widths is A (narrowest) or B (narrow.).

Medium widths are in D or medium widths.

E is wide and EE is extra wide.  EEE is extra extra wide.  All sizes are in US sizing format.

If your shoe does not fit we will accept them back.  Just do not wear them outside or on the job! 

Don't worry we do not expect you to keep something you do not want or like.  We will take care of you.
